How do I place an order?

Payment can be made directly through our e-commerce system, with credit, debit, paypal, klarna card or, if you prefer, via bank transfer.

 
 
Secure shipping and payment options

 

Shipping takes place in the Rhein Neckar region via our personal logistics department. Payment data is not stored by us, the system is encrypted between the payment operator and the customer.

 
 
Reimbursement
 

Refunds can be made up to the time of dispatch of the product made by us, there is a period of 3 to 7 working days that includes payment processing, packaging of the product which is done in special packaging that preserves the temperature and dispatch through of our personal delivery vehicles.
